Today’s passenger car has become a rolling computer network with dozens upon dozens of computers interacting and reacting as you drive down the road.
When trying to develop a complex new vehicle it is sometimes useful to mix and match parts to try something new. But when each car represents a unique network system, what do you do?
The answer is a CAN gateway that translates between different vehicle languages. The gateway allows differing modules to talk together during the prototype phase.
To test your system, you can scatter electronics in the foot well, or you can use a Phase Dock for a protected, professional looking project. Which solution works better for you?
