I am in the process of creating a binary clock for my daughter. This is inspired by a project I saw of a model of a 3 story French apartment building where the lights in the windows represent the time. I am taking that one step further by adding a cafe out front, where the canopy lights will represent the seconds. This is the electronics, I'll start making the building next month.
The Phase Dock Workbench has been a huge help. This project has a lot of wiring. Keeping the arduino, the breadboard and the power supply all attached was a challenge. Once I got the Workbench wiring, testing and debugging became so much easier. I didn't have to worry anymore if a lead was pulled out or shorted when I moved it. Phase Dock to the rescue.
